Mihaela is an international expert with 20 years of experience in the field of public procurement, public finances, administrative, and contractual law. She gained her expertise in various segments of public procurement system, starting her career as an advisor and secretary of the State Commission for the Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures. She continued her professional journey working in state administration as an Advisor and Assistant minister, responsible, among other things, for public procurement and budgeting. Today, she is employed as a Legal Counsel in an international group. For many years, Mihaela has been engaged as a Legal expert in the field of public procurement for several international organizations in various countries such as Ukraine, Macedonia, Georgia, Turkey, and Montenegro. She is a certified trainer in the field of public procurement and a lecturer at numerous seminars and conferences continuously since 2008.

Maja is an international expert with extensive experience in the field of public procurement. She gained her unique experience through engagement in the public sector, starting her career as an Advisor in the State Commission for the Supervision of Public Procurement, and today as the President of the same body. She gained her professional experience working in various bodies of state administration, as an Advisor to the minister, Head of sector, and Deputy State Secretary in the Central State Office for Central Public Procurement. She is a lecturer in the international training program in public procurement "Public Procurement Excellence" organized by the WU Executive Academy Vienna and Bundesbeschaffung GmbH, participates as an expert in various international conferences in the field of public procurement. Maja participate as an public procurement expert in numerous international projects (in North Macedonia, Georgia, etc.), and is an external collaborator/lecturer at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, Department of Administrative Law.

Miljenko is an expert in the field of public procurement with extensive experience in the public and private sectors. He began his work experience as an Advisor in the State Commission for the Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures, and then in various state agencies and in the Croatian Parliament. He gained expertise in public procurement as a representative of economic operators and as a Legal expert for public procurement in one of the leading insurance companies. After working in various state bodies, including as Assistant director in a public institution, he is now a Legal Counsel for public procurement in one of the largest Croatian software exporters. He has been a lecturer in the field of public procurement for many years.

Jasmina is an expert with extensive experience in the field of public procurement. She gained her professional experience through many years of work in the public and private sector. Jasmina worked for various central bodies of state administration. At the beginning of her career as a trainee in the procurement department of the Ministry, and over the years, as the Secretary General of the ministry. Throughout her career, she has encountered various challenges in the implementation of public procurement procedures from the position of the contracting authority and gained knowledge in contractual and administrative law. Nowadays, she is employed as a Legal Counsel for public procurement and commercial contracts in an international company.
